Ingredients
1 ½ litre milk. 1 tab sp. Vanilla custard powder. 2 cups sugar. 50g dry malai or mawa. 8 pieces of eliachi. 200g khoya.
Cooking Instructions
Boil the milk, till it is reduced to one litre.dissolve the custard powder in ½ a cup of milk and make paste. Add this paste in boiled milk n stir for two minutes. Then add sugar and 2 drops of lemon color. Add small pieces of malai or mawa.stir n mix well. Remove from the burner, and cool the mixture. Add crushed cardamoms deep fridge the kulfi in moulds.
